Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at 234District. We want you to love your purchase, but if things don’t go quite as planned, we’re here to help.


1. The 14-Day Return Window

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your item. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags fully attached.
  • Exempt Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including underwear, swimwear, socks, bodysuit pieces, and pierced jewelry.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale, during clearance events, or using discount codes are final sale and cannot be refunded.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

  1. Email Us: Send an email to info@234District.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange (please attach photos if the item is damaged or defective).
  2. Review: Our team will review your request and reply with approval and the correct physical return address.
  3. Ship: Package your item securely and send it back to us.

4. Shipping Your Return

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return or exchange your item.
  • Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your total payout.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Timeline: Bank processing times vary, but refunds typically reflect within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error. If your item arrived damaged, please notify us immediately at info@234District.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can fast-track an exchange for you.
